P: ¿Qué es el módulo HJT ?
R: La heterounión (HJT) es una unión PN especial, que combina dos tecnologías diferentes en una célula: una célula de silicio cristalina intercalada entre dos capas de silicio amorfo de "película delgada". En comparación con el uso de cualquier tecnología sola, estas tecnologías se pueden usar juntas para cosechar más energía.
P: ¿Qué es la célula solar tipo N?
R: Una célula solar de tipo N consiste en una capa delgada de silicio de tipo P (dopada con boro) sobre una capa de silicio de tipo N de tipo N mucho más gruesa (dopada con fósforo). Los contactos eléctricos se aplican a ambos lados. El lado P es el lado delantero que mira hacia el sol.
